Looks: Very pale straw – it’s the pale blonde of ciders
Smells: Aromatic feijoa fruit, with crisp outdoorsy, herbaceous notes, like a young Sauvignon Blanc
Tastes: Brash feijoa (with its pineapple and guava flavours) pushes to the front, while self-assured apple is happy to hang back till the finish. Apple and feijoa are natural partners, making this an aromatic alternative to a Gewürztraminer
