Eve's Cider (KJD Brewing)

Made from 100% NZ apple juice, this is a delightfully refreshing medium-to-dry slow fermented cider.

ABV: 5%

Good gold colour with a short duration white head that sunk into the body and is now found clinging to the sides of the glass like a shipwreck victim. While it is a statement of sublime obviousness to suggest it smells of apples, this smells fresh and golden. It is at first prickly in the mouth as good carbonation floods in and then it is restrained and juicy. There is a medium duration finish which leaves a tartness that is quite lovely.
