These beers aren’t necessarily served from a keg, but we use the term to differentiate from the more traditional Real English Ale style.
After fermentation these brews are filtered, carbonated and kept chilled, served through a beer system driven by compressed carbon dioxide. Unlike many keg beers they are not pasteurised and do not have any additives. Craft beer is best fresh and our brewers work hard to ensure we are serving it in optimum condition.
Some are lagers (though not all pale) and others are ales (though not all dark!) – there is quite a range to explore your palate within.
