We are most proud of our Cask Conditioned Real Ale. It is unfiltered and served from firkins by way of hand pump. Any English expatriates will enjoy these traditional brews, with a Best Bitter for a highly sessionable ale, the Alchemist for a lighter entry, and the luscious but mighty Milk Stout for those cold Christchurch evenings.
Keep an eye out for the one-off Real Ales: every so often the brewers treat themselves with a science experiment or special occasion – we’ve had a hand pulled One P.A., Light Owl, a barley wine and occasionally the Extra Special Bitter.
