Tasted on tap at Cassel’s. Straw coloured, clear and clean with evident carbonation and a white head that dissipated and clung to the sides of the glass. Aromas of rising bread, pastry, dandelions and buttercups. Cool initially and then sweet with those savoury pastry flavours. Less overt summer fruit flavours, but veers toward glace fruits in Christmas cake. The finish was a little short but a good quencher. Definitely one for a session.
